Once you are sure you would like to order a particular product and quantity press the “Add button” to add the product to the shopping basket. You can now continue shopping for other products or proceed to checkout. Please note that you can change your mind or add/delete products at any time before confirming your order with your payment details. If you wish you can save your order as a quote and come back at a convenient time to complete it. If you are an existing customer, please login using your user name and password. This will automatically fill in your address and delivery details that you have previously entered. Checkout ProcessStep 1If you are not in the Shopping Basket please click “View Basket” in the box on the right of the screen in “Your Basket”. Please review the contents of the Shopping Basket and make sure you are satisfied that the correct products and quantities are being ordered. Step 2Please select the appropriate “Ship to Zone”. Here you will be offered a number of choices to ship your order by. For UK you can choose Royal Mail or Business Post. Royal Mail is cheaper for small packages (up to 1kg) and better for home deliveries, whereas, Business Post is much more economical for large orders. For Ireland and Europe please select Ireland & Europe – Royal Mail. Step 3Depending on your selection in Step 2 above, for UK deliveries you can select the type of delivery service next in “Shipping Class”. For Royal Mail, the options are Recorded Delivery (with restrictions) and Special Delivery Next Day pre 9.00am and pre 1.00pm. For Business Post you can select the time of delivery you wish to receive your order on the next working day. Please note that all delivery dates/times are ESTIMATES only and Netcom cannot guarantee Royal Mail or courier performance. Step 4Click “Checkout” and take care to fill out the Invoice and Delivery Details (if you have not logged in) and payment information. Finally, click “Confirm” and you will be asked to confirm that you wish to make the purchase. Please click “OK” and this will take you to the order confirmation page. Your order information is sent to Netcom using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Order Confirmation and ReceiptYour order confirmation page shows the information that has been sent to Netcom (excluding payment details). Please print this page and keep as your receipt. You will also receive a copy of this information via an email to the email address that was entered by you. |
